He provides personalised, ethical and evidence-based care to all his patients. He has treated thousands of patients from India and abroad. Dr Jadhav completed his undergraduate studies from B.J. Medical College, Pune. He then completed post-graduate training in Orthopaedics at the renowned Wanless Hospital in Miraj. Dr Jadhav has undergone Higher Surgical Training in Orthopaedics & Trauma in the United Kingdom. He has worked in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) for 12 years and acquired higher UK qualifications of FRCS & M Ch in Orthopaedics. , Dr Jadhav has also completed multiple Higher Fellowships in ‘Joint Replacements & Arthroscopic Surgeries’ under guidance of leading surgeons in the UK, the USA, France, Germany, Netherlands and Singapore.

- Dr Anand Jadhav has been honoured for ‘Excellence in the NHS’ by the British Prime Minister, Mr Tony Blair, at his official residence at No 10, Downing Street, London in Feb 2001. Very few world-class doctors are handpicked to receive an honour of this high regard.
- He is the first surgeon in India to use a Reverse Shoulder Replacement for revision of a failed upper humerus fracture in Feb 2011.
- Dr Jadhav has severed as the ‘Player’s Doctor’ for all the Indian Premiere League (IPL) cricket matches held at Gahunje, Pune. He has treated several national cricketers from the Pune IPL team as well as other visiting IPL teams. He has also treated cricketers from various countries during Cricket World Cup 2023 matches held at Pune.
- Dr Jadhav serves as a Faculty Member at various Orthopaedic Courses across India. He teaches Basic and Advanced Surgical Techniques in Joint Replacements & Arthroscopic Surgeries to budding surgeons.
