What is the George Washington Masters in Emergency Medicine (MEM) program?
This is one of the most credible and amongst the first international MEM programs.
GWU has worked on projects in countries across the globe, including but not limited to India, Oman,
Bahrain, Ghana, Ethiopia, Turkey, China, Peru, Chile, Saudi Arabia, and El Salvador.
With vast experience in managing residency programs in Emergency Medicine, the curriculum and
combination of local and international faculty will train doctors to be at the forefront of their branch.
Where is the program offered?
This program is offered at both locations of Jupiter Hospital — Thane (Mumbai) and Pune.
What is the duration?
This is a full-time 3 year's residency program. Unfortunately, shorter duration, part-time or
distance learning options are not available.
What is the eligibility, application and selection process?
Eligibility: MBBS and higher qualifications. Alternative medicine or AYUSH graduates are not eligible
to apply for this program.

What is the fee structure?
The program fee is Rs. 5 lacs per annum. (Taxes extra)
Will the students be paid any stipend?
Yes, stipend will be paid to the students with an annual increment as they advance to their second
and third years of residency.
